The CVE Working Group, co-chaired by Australia and Indonesia, is leading a GCTF process to develop a Framework Document on Funding and Enabling Community-Level P/CVE. This Initiative seeks to identify good practices and mechanisms to enable local-level capacity, including in financing and compliance, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The document will serve as a guidance note to aid stakeholders planning to fund, develop and implement community-level P/CVE initiatives and capacity-building programs.
To inform the development of the Framework Document, several workshops will be organized to bring together governments, international organizations, civil society organizations and private industry representatives. It is anticipated that the Framework Document will be put forward for endorsement at the GCTF Ministerial Plenary Meeting in September 2023.
The Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), a GCTF Inspired Institution, is the implementing partner.
