Criminal Justice and Rule of Law Working Group - Review Meeting of Recommendations on the Collection, Use and Sharing of Evidence for Purposes of Criminal Prosecution of Terrorist Suspects

The Review Meeting builds on the discussions held at the Expert Meeting, organized on 13-14 March 2018 in The Hague, the Netherlands, as well as on the responses received via a questionnaire that was shared with GCTF Members and structured interviews conducted with GCTF members and content experts. The Expert Meeting and the questionnaire aimed at identifying and collecting national practices and experiences as well as gaps and trends with regards to collecting, use and sharing of evidence in terrorism-related cases.
