The aim of the Expert Meeting was to gather input on the new stream of work pertaining to the Development of a Memorandum on the Use of Rule of Law-Based Administrative Measures in a Counterterrorism Context. The meeting focused on mapping and sharing experiences and expertise on administrative measures.
