To support the development of training courses that address the Good Practices in the Area of Border Security and Management to Counter Terrorism and Stem the Flow of Foreign Terrorist Fighters and its associated Addendum, a Training of Trainers (ToT) Curriculum was developed in collaboration with the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT). The document will help states build capacity to better secure their borders. The curriculum serves as a guideline to train border security officials to in turn train other border officers within the respective national border law enforcement agencies.
